Venture with lender imortgage to expand across company’s six
regional homebuilder brands
IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
TRI Pointe Connect, TRI Pointe Group’s in-house mortgage company aimed
at delivering competitive mortgage products, personalized service and an
enhanced buying experience, today announced the appointment of
Ron
Turner
as President.
Turner will be responsible for leading the TRI Pointe Connect mortgage
origination teams across all TRI Pointe Group brands, including Maracay
Homes, Pardee Homes, Quadrant Homes, Trendmaker Homes, TRI Pointe Homes
and Winchester Homes.

Turner has held many roles throughout his mortgage industry career
including loan originator, branch manager and regional manager. Most
recently, Turner held the position of regional vice president in charge
of the eastern half of the country for the KB Homes’ joint venture
partnership. Turner will be relocating from North Carolina to Irvine,
Calif. with his family.
