Urmila Menon is the Chief Information Officer at Tri Pointe Homes. She has 30 years of experience in engineering and
technology management and has held numerous leadership positions with companies such as Allied Universal, Smart
Energy Water, Capital Group and, most recently, ATI Restoration, where she served as the Chief Technology Officer.
She has been recognized as a Top 100 Digital Leader by Tech Inclusion Council and a Top 100 Construction Data Leader
by Chief Data Officer Magazine, amongst other awards. Urmila serves as a Technology Mentor and Curriculum Advisor at
Cummins College of Engineering for Women.
Urmila received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Cummins College of Engineering.
